International Cartoon Contest jury hosted by Umut Foundation took place on September 4th 2019, Wednesday, with subject “Give Life a Chance”.

As a result of the evaluation of the jury, the 15 cartoons published below are chosen as finalists.

Cartoons among the finalists will be suspended between September 6th 2019 and September 16th 2019 for any possible objections regarding plagiarism.

No objection shall be accepted after September 16th 2019, 17:00, and the final results shall be announced at the award ceremony on September 28th 2019 at the end of the suspension period. For the purpose of informing the public.
